From first-time home buyers to experienced investors, Gretchen oversees every stage of the process, providing each client with a customized and creative approach, availability, thoroughness and sensitivity.
Gretchen is experienced in the diversified housing markets of Chicago and the North Shore, having sold and owned a variety of housing types. She does her research, and in turn provides her clients with honest and educated feedback, so that they are equipped to make informed decisions. Gretchen refined her skills in listening, communicating and interactive instruction early on in her career as a teacher and subsequently as a certified massage therapist.
Gretchen grew up on the East Coast, but spent much of her adult life in Evanston. She has two adult children who grew up attending the Evanston public schools, and they have returned to raise their families there as well. Gretchen holds her GRI (Graduate of the Realtor Institute) and earned a B.S. in Education at Skidmore College. She is actively involved as a member and volunteer in the Evanston McGaw YMCA and the Unitarian Church of Evanston.
