Now as a second-generation realtor, he brings his first-hand experience and insight from growing up in the business to all his clients. His diverse knowledge of every type of real estate including condos, townhomes and single-family homes, as well as his work with developers on new construction projects, gives him the versatility and flexibility to meet clients’ needs. That’s why over his 13-year dedicated career, Jim is consistently recognized as one of Chicagoland's top producing realtors, ranking among the top professionals in sales within the Chicago Association of Realtors and the Mainstreet Organization of Realtors.

Customization for Sales Success

Jim takes the extra step to drive home a sale by customizing a marketing strategy for each individual property he lists and sells. He prioritizes client goals by representing their best interests in buying and selling with professionalism, integrity, market expertise, and most importantly, results. In the fast-changing pace of real estate Jim keeps his finger on the pulse of the latest housing inventory and financing and market activity information, then maximizes the value of that data for the success of his clients. Whether working with a first-time buyer or marketing a seller’s luxury home, Jim is committed to helping his clients through each step of the transaction process and follows through on every detail of a contract as it moves forward to a successful closing. His record of achievements, market knowledge, and expertise make him one of the sought-after brokers in the competitive Chicago market.

Jim and his wife, Colleen, now call the South Loop home. They enjoy being close to the lakefront as well as to downtown Chicago and all the city has to offer.
